With the division crown wrapped up, Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden has said he’s considering resting starters against the Cowboys in Arlington on Sunday afternoon.

The Cowboys beat the Redskins 19-16 in Landover, MD back on December 7.

But since then, the Redskins have won three in a row, the last of which—on Saturday night against the Eagles—gave them the 2015 NFC East Championship.

I think momentum is a big thing,” said veteran cornerback DeAngelo Hall, via Tarik El-Bashir of CSN Mid-Atlantic. “But at the same time, there’s a balance ...because on any given play a guy can get hurt and it can be a devastating injury. It’s tough. I don’t mind playing. If I’m able to go out there and play, I want to play.

“I don’t know what we’ll do as a team. I haven’t talked to any coaches and they haven’t reached out and talked to me or met with any players yet about it. But we have all the confidence and faith in the world that they’ll make the right decision for us. And if it’s to play guys a quarter or a half, or play guys the whole game and go out there and try to win, that’s what we’ll do. There’s a lot of fans that still want us to go and beat the hell out of Dallas.”
