The New York Giants got some good news on the health front on Monday, when running back David Wilson Tweeted that he’s been “cleared for everything” after undergoing neck surgery this offseason.
Wilson suffered the injury that led to the surgery in Week Five of last year and missed the rest of the season. With his return, he’ll join a stable of running backs that includes veterans Peyton Hillis and Michael Cox, free agent addition Rashad Jennings and fourth round draft pick Andre Williams.
Of the group, Wilson is the A-1 speed guy.
Like the Dallas Cowboys, the Giants will open camp on Tuesday.
