Metroplex Cowboys Fans Buzzing After Dramatic Win

Talk about the Dallas Cowboys comeback win Sunday night against the Giants had the Metroplex buzzing Monday morning.

The Cowboys stole a win from the Giants when Tony Romo fired a touchdown pass to Jason Witten with just seven seconds left on the clock.

"I feel real good about the season and the fact that Romo is the leader," fan John Roads said."The whole team just fought till the bitter end."

Despite an injuries to Dez Bryant and Randy Gregory, plus three Cowboy turnovers, fans who spoke to NBC 5’s Anthony Kiekow said they were encouraged by the win.

"In the NFL, you're not going to be pretty each week," KTCK host Craig Miller said. "If you can get a win when you're kind of bad in some areas, then that's pretty good."

The next challenge for the Cowboys is on Sept. 20 when they face their NFC East rival the Philadelphia Eagles and former Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray.
