LeBron James “Sick” Over Cowboys' OT Loss

The Miami Heat star is also a card-carrying Cowboys fan

As we’ve mentioned on this blog several times before, Miami Heat forward LeBron James--you might remember him from the NBA Finals last year--counts himself a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. As such, he wasn’t all too pleased with the outcome of yesterday’s Cowboys-Cardinals game--and, like most to all Cowboys fans, he was mystified by head coach Jason Garrett’s decision to call a timeout before Dan Bailey attempted a 49-yard field goal, essentially icing him.

James took to Twitter in the late stages of the game to voice his displeasure to his millions and millions of followers.

First, he was just incredulous, via the Dallas Morning News: "Somebody tell me why we would call TO on our own kicker! Ice our own guy! SMH!"

Then he pragmatically argued against Garrett’s clock management: "Dez caught the 1st down pass with 26 secs and 2 TO's left. Call TO right then and see if we can get closer for Bailey with 1 TO left. OT now"

Finally, after he watched Larod Stephens-Howling run in the game-winning touchdown pass in overtime, LeBron was shocked: "I'm sick right now"

In semi-related news, for the first time maybe ever, we can identify with LeBron James.
