Kevin Kowalski Sidelined With Leg Injury

Kowalski is the fifth Cowboys guard to miss time with an injury during camp

The spate of injuries to the defensive line has been getting a lot of attention, but the offensive guard position has been hit pretty hard by the injury bug as well. The latest guard to go down was Kevin Kowalski, who was forced to exit practice early with a leg injury on Tuesday.

Kowalski joins Nate Livings, Ronald Leary and reserve Ray Dominguez as guards who have missed time through the first week of camp with injury.

Kowalski appeared in one game in 2012 and eight games in 2011.

Also sidelined on Tuesday was cornerback Morris Claiborne, who is dealing with migraines.
