Jerry Wipes Have Sold Out

It didn't take long for the Dallas Cowboys to get the first batch of Jerry Wipes off their hands

Yesterday, we devoted a post to announce the advent of “Jerry Wipes,” which came along as a result of an awkward little moment caught on camera during last week’s week one victory over the Giants--specifically a man, who we later found out was Jerry Jones’s son in law, was seen cleaning the boss man’s glasses and then handing them back to him in what appeared to the uninitiated eye to be a bit of a subservient move.

Jerry Wipes and the slightly-less-creepy-sounding (but only slightly, mind you) Cowboy Wipes went on sale at the team’s official website on Wednesday morning. As of late Thursday afternoon, the Dallas Morning News reported that the item--from which 100 percent of proceeds go to the Salvation Army--had sold out.

But fear not, Cowboys fans. Shy Anderson, the aforementioned son in law of Jerry Jones--who, it should be noted, maintains that the glasses wiping was no big deal at all--told the Morning News, “We’ll make more.”
