Jerry Jones Will Appear on FX's “The League”

The acting credits just keep on a-coming for the Cowboys' owner

Last year, Jerry Jones played a recurring role in the final season of HBO’s “Entourage.” This year, he’ll grow his acting resume once again as he makes an appearances on FX’s fantasy football-centric sitcom, “The League.”

Like his appearance in “Entourage,” Jones plays himself, and though we’ve only seen the short clip made public today by Yahoo! (we should warn you, the clip contains a bit of salty language), it looks like a pretty solid little cameo. And, at the very least, Jones doesn’t rap during his appearance which, as we’ve learned from that Papa John’s ad, is probably a good thing.

Aside from “Entourage” and now “The League,” Jones has appeared on HBO’s “Arli$$,” and was a project consultant on Oliver Stone’s professional football project, “Any Given Sunday.”
