JJ Wilcox on Banged Up Shoulder: “I'm Good”

Wilcox suffered a minor shoulder injury in the win over the Jaguars

Cowboys safety JJ Wilcox says he’s fine after suffering a minor shoulder injury in last Sunday’s 31-17 victory over the Jaguars in London, and plans on playing in the November 23 division matchup against the Giants.

Wilcox says he hurt the shoulder during a goal line play, but it wasn’t serious enough to warrant an MRI and he participated in the first practice session of the bye week on Wednesday.

Nothing major,” Wilcox said, per the Dallas Morning News. “I’ll be back. I’m good.”

On the season, the hard-hitting second-year safety out of Georgia Southern has 43 tackles, three passes broken up and an interception.
