Former QB Great Gives Random Garrett Endorsement

Kurt Warner is one of the best quarterbacks to play over the past 10 years in the NFL.

He's also quite the dancer.

On Friday, Warner was in Dallas speaking at a charity luncheon but took some time out of his busy schedule to wax poetic on the Dallas Cowboys' head coaching situation.

And it's obvious that interim head coach Jason Garrett has at least one fan.

"I think he's done a great job," Warner told The Dallas Morning News. "I knew he would. I know him personally. I think he's a great guy and I knew he would do a good job when he finally got the opportunity.

If Kurt Warner loves Jason Garrett, you have to figure all of his fellow "Dancing With the Stars" alumni probably like him too — Emmitt Smith, Jerry Rice, Chad Ochocinco, all kinds of reputable people. Buzz Aldrin, Bristol Palin, the list goes on.

In all seriousness, Warner's words mean something considering the fact he's had a keen eye on the NFL this year as analyst for FOX and for the NFL Network and has stayed in tune with the league in his first year of retirement.

So add Warner's name to the list of people who thinks Garrett should be given a chance as the full-time head coach in Dallas, something that is starting to seem more and more likely considering the way the Cowboys are playing since Garrett took over for Wade Phillips and promptly waltzed into the New Meadowlands and put a whippin' on the Giants.
