Shonn Greene had all but been left in folks' fantasy football afterthoughts.
Then, Sunday happened and Greene was all the sudden the top scoring running back in the NFL.
Greene rushed for 161 yards and three touchdowns on 32 carries against the Colts. That wasn't supposed to happen, but it did and many people rejoiced unexpectedly if they actually had Greene in their lineup while more cursed his name when their opponent was stupid enough to start Greene.
As for goats, this one is personal as Philip Rivers took the lead for yours truly's team as the opponent had no one left, only to lose the lead by turning the ball over six, count 'em SIX, times, including several late in the game that eventually gave away my game and undoubtedly many others.
So thanks a lot, Philip Rivers. You're officially the goat of the NBCDFW-Fantasy. Hope you enjoy that.
