Fantasy Land: Week 2 Remembered

Miles Austin's first-ever start in the NFL was probably his best one of his career.

It was two seasons ago and Roy Williams was hurt, forcing a special teams player into the starting lineup in the form of Miles Austin.

Austin proceeded to go for more than 200 yards receiving in an overtime win against the Kansas City Chiefs.

On Sunday, he trumped that performance with his nine-catch, 143-yard and three-touchdown performance, making him the top fantasy player in the league for Week 2.

Then, of course, he injured his hamstring on a bonehead play-call in the fourth quarter and looks to be out until after the Cowboys' bye week.

Other big games came from Philadelphia WR Jeremy Maclin and Buffalo RB Fred Jackson.

As for the goats, you can't look any further than Miami Dolphins QB Chad Henne. Now, you're probably saying, "Chad Henne?? C'mon, man." Well, Chad Henne eclipsed 400 yards passing in Week 1. Against Houston on Sunday, Henne threw for 170 yards, a touchdown and a pick. No bueno for those hoping for another big game from Henne.

Honorable mention can go to Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler and San Diego Chargers TE Antonio Gates, who finished Sunday's game with a goose egg on the stat line. Unbelievable.

Better luck next week.
