Fantasy Land: Studs and Duds, Week 6

A two-time champion in a hardcore keeper league, including some know-it-all media "experts," Adam Boedeker gives his fantasy expertise on a weekly basis.

Stud of the Week

Eli Manning, QB, NYG — After a pretty awful start to the season, Giants quarterback Eli Manning is looking like he's back in his postseason heyday, or like he's playing the Dallas Cowboys in recent years. He's now working on a streak of four straight games with multiple touchdown passes and is facing an Eagles defense on Sunday night that likes to give up touchdown passes. You can start the lesser Manning with confidence this week.

Honorable mention: Russell Wilson, SEA (vs. DAL); Philip Rivers, SD (at OAK); Wes Welker, DEN (at NYJ); Brian Quick, STL (vs. SF).

Dud of the Week

Tony Romo, QB, DAL — There is just too much working against Romo, who's been very good in recent weeks, with the Cowboys' trip to the Pacific Northwest. The Seahawks can be thrown on, as evidenced by Philip Rivers earlier this year and even Kirk Cousins last week. But the Cowboys are going to try very hard to establish their No. 1 rushing offense against the Seahawks' No. 1 rush defense. Also, it's incredibly tough for quarterbacks to play well in the hornet's nest that is CenturyLink Field.

Honorable mention: Matthew Stafford, DET (at MIN); Alfred Morris, WAS (at ARI); DeSean Jackson, WAS (at ARI); Steve Smith, BAL (at TB).
