Fantasy Land: Studs and Duds, Week 10

A two-time champion in a hardcore keeper league, including some know-it-all media "experts", who just so happens to be 1-8 in said league this year, Adam Boedeker gives his fantasy expertise on a weekly basis.

Stud of the Week

Carson Palmer, QB, OAK — Owners of Darren McFadden and even Mike Goodson weren't too pleased with how Sunday's Raiders game went, but Carson Palmer owners were thrilled. The veteran quarterback threw for more than 400 yards and a few scores while putting up gobs of fantasy points. This week, the Raiders get the Baltimore Ravens and their defense that has struggled mightily since losing Ray Lewis and Lardarius Webb, so things are looking good for another strong Palmer performance.

Honorable mention: Tony Romo, DAL (at PHI); Rashad Jennings, JAC (vs. IND); Brian Hartline, MIA (vs. TEN), Michael Crabtree, SF (vs. STL).

Dud of the Week

Michael Vick, QB, PHI — As bad as the Cowboys have looked this season, the Eagles have looked a thousand times worse, and a lot of that has been because of Vick's play, which has resulted from some awful offensive line play. This week, Vick goes up against a Cowboys defense that has played pretty well as of late, especially against the pass as they've allowed just one quarterback (Jay Cutler) to eclipse 20 fantasy points. Don't expect much from Vick this week.

Honorable mention: Philip Rivers, SD (at TB); Jamaal Charles, KC (at PIT); Shonn Greene, NYJ (at SEA); Jeremy Maclin, PHI (vs. DAL).
