Dez Comes in at No. 15 on NFL Network Top 100 Players

Dez Bryant was ranked 25th on last year's list

Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant showed up on the latest edition of the NFL Network Top 100 on Wednesday night, coming in at No. 15, which will be the highest spot of any Cowboy.

Bryant jumped 10 spots this year, up from No. 25 on last year’s list.

Those who were featured on the Top 100 before Bryant were tight end Jason Witten at No. 93, Tyron Smith at No. 36 and Tony Romo at No. 34. Last year, Witten came in at No. 98, Smith at No. 78 and Romo at No. 71.

On the Top 100 show on Wednesday, Rams linebacker James Laurinaitis explained what sets Bryant apart from other receivers in the league.

“Very rare do wideouts look for contact,” he said, per the Dallas Morning News. “I feel like he's one of those guys that embraces it. He can catch a now pass or a bubble screen and he can look for contact, and ways to take it to the house. I think he truly believes every time he touches it, he can score.”
