Dez Bryant Returns To Practice

Bryant was held out Wednesday and Thursday with a sore hip

Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant returned to the practice field at Valley Ranch on Friday, after being held out of practice both Wednesday and Thursday with lingering hip soreness, left over from that would-be game-winning touchdown in the fourth quarter of the loss to the Giants.

"Dez is still recovering from the fall he took at the end of the Giant game," Head coach Jason Garrett said Friday morning, per the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. "He landed on his back or backside. He’s still kind of getting himself back from that. So we’ll see how he does today."

Bryant, who we learned this week has been relieved of his punt return duties, wasn’t the only banged-up Cowboys receiver to miss practice this week. Kevin Ogletree is dealing with a sore hamstring and though he was on the practice field for Friday’s session, but, at least during the portion made open to the media, he did not work out with the team.
