DeMarco Murray Will Practice Tuesday

It appears that the Dallas Cowboys’ third round pick, DeMarco Murray, will finally practice on Tuesday.

Never been more excited to practice in my life,” Murray tweeted today, per ESPN Dallas. “Can't wait till mañana!”

Murray has yet to participate fully in training camp, after suffering a hamstring injury while working out independently during the lockout--meaning that coaches have yet to see what the rookie out of Oklahoma can do, and what role he might play in his first season in the NFL.

Of course, coaches will have to find the answers to these questions quickly, as the preseason enters its homestretch. Head coach Jason Garrett, however, doesn’t believe it will be much of an issue.

“We’ll see,” Garrett said. “We’ll find out quickly. It seems like he’s picking things up intellectually in the classroom. We’ll just have to see if he can translate it onto the field.”
