Tight end Brent Celek was the only bright spot in the first half for the Birds. Celek made five first-half grabs but was unable to find the end zone.

The Dallas Cowboys are thirty minutes from a regular season sweep of the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Cowboys jumped to an early lead with a ten yard pass from Tony Romo to Jason Witten, just about five minutes into the first quarter.

Romo hit Patrick Crayton in the second quarter for a 14-yard score to extend the lead to 14. Shaun Suisham followed that with a 44-yard field goal, to put Philadelphia at a 17 point deficit going into intermission. The Eagles missed an opportunity when David Akers missed a second quarter field goal attempt.
