Dallas Cowboys Sign Taco Charlton, Other 2017 Draft Picks

The Dallas Cowboys are signing their 2017 draft picks at a record pace.

The Cowboys signed eight of their nine picks from April's NFL Draft to contracts before Friday's rookie minicamp, including first round edge rusher Taco Charlton, according to The Dallas Morning News.

According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram's Clarence Hill, Charlton's signing marked the first time a first round pick had signed before the team's rookie minicamp since Jerry Jones has owned the team.

The team also inked second round cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, fourth round wide receiver Ryan Switzer, sixth round defensive backs Xavier Woods and Marquez White, seventh round wide receiver Noah Brown and seventh round defensive tackles Joey Ivie and Jordan Carrell.

Only third round cornerback Jourdan Lewis remains unsigned.

• Austin Appleby, QB, Florida
• Blake Jarwin, TE, Oklahoma St.
• Levon Myers, OT, Northern Illinois
• Lewis Neal, DE, LSU
• Cooper Rush, QB, Central Michigan
• Dan Skipper, OT, Arkansas
