DT Jason Hatcher Dealing With Shoulder Injury

Hatcher suffered what he described as a stinger late in the loss to the Broncos

The parade of injuries to the Dallas Cowboys’ defensive line that has been the 2013 season just keeps rolling on.

Defensive tackle Jason Hatcher became the latest in the long line of banged up Cowboys defensive linemen on Sunday, when he took a blow to the shoulder. According to the Dallas Morning News, Hatcher underwent an MRI at Valley Ranch on Monday and the team is unsure whether he’ll be available against the Redskins.

“I had a little stinger,” Hatcher said of the injury, per the Morning News. “I’m came out for a drive and got right back in there. It’s like mild. It’s nothing that I’m too worried about.”

The Cowboys can ill afford anymore injury issues along the defensive front. DT Tyrone Crawford and DE Anthony Spencer are both on season-ending injured reserve, DT Jay Ratliff is on the PUP list and Pro Bowl DE DeMarcus Ware has been limited of late due to stinger issues.
