Crawford On Track to Return After the Bye

Tyrone Crawford missed the victory over the Jaguars with a sprained MCL

Cowboys defensive tackle Tyrone Crawford is on track to return to the lineup against the New York Giants on November 23, after being held out of the 31-17 victory over the Jaguars in London with a sprained MCL.

“It’s all right,” Crawford said of the knee, per the Dallas Morning News. “I’m feeling a lot better. Me and [associate athletic trainer Britt Brown] have been working, doing different things rehab-wise to strengthen it, so it’s feeling good.”

Like the rest of the banged up Cowboys, Crawford intends on making the most out of having the week off.

“This is the greatest time for the bye week to come,” he said, “for me at least.”

In nine games this season Crawford has 20 tackles, including three for a loss, and a pass defensed. He is still looking for his first sack.
