Cowboys WR Dez Bryant Injures Fingers in Kitchen Accident

Bryant practiced Wednesday with two fingers wrapped in tape

Even on a bye week, the Dallas Cowboys are making news. The unfortunate part is that it's injury news.

Wide receiver Dez Bryant says he cut two fingers on his right hand while preparing a meal in his kitchen. Bryant sliced himself while cutting carrots for a soup.

The Pro Bowler practiced on Wednesday, the one day the team is allowed to practice during the bye week. His fingers were heavily taped and he caught few balls to protect the injury.

Bryant said the kitchen accident won't force him to miss any game time.

The Cowboys host the Philadelphia Eagles on Oct. 30 on NBC's Sunday Night Football.
