Cowboys Season Is Over As They Fall To Washington, 28-18

Dallas won't see the playoffs this year

It was a hard-fought ballgame, but the Cowboys’ season is over.

The Cowboys drove 89 yards and scored on a nine-yard pass from Romo to Jason Witten early in the second quarter.

Washington evened things up with a 68-yard drive, capped off by a 17-yard run by Alfred Morris.

The Cowboys and Redskins traded leads in the second half.

Robert Griffin III took in a 10-yard touchdown run, but Dan Bailey hit a 48-yard field goal to draw it to 21-10.

Alfred` Morris took in a pair of touchdowns, (of 32 and 1 yard, respectively), split by a passing touchdown from Romo to Kevin Ogletree. The two-point conversion to Dwayne Harris was good.
