Cowboys Schedule Heavy On Primetime Matchups

Dallas is scheduled to play five primetime games in 2012, not including the Thanksgiving Day matchup with Washington

Not that it comes as much of surprise, but the Dallas Cowboys will be playing in front of a primetime audience quite a bit in 2012.

As it stands now--barring the team being flexed away from any of these slots, that is--Dallas will play in four primetime games: The season opener at New York on Wednesday, September 5, a Monday Night game against the Bears on October 1 and two Sunday Night games, one on November 4 at Atlanta and another at home against Philly, on December 2.

This doesn’t include the Thanksgiving Day match-up with the Washington Redskins at JerryWorld, which will most likely feature a match-up of Tony Romo and Robert Griffin III, and which pretty much serves as a primetime game.
