Cowboys Next Game Will Be First in New Digs

Fire up those big, big screens ... the next game the Dallas Cowboys play will be the first in their new $1.1 billion stadium.  And, it''s about time.

After a summer where the stadium was tested with high profile concerts and soccer matches, it's time to see this facility in all it's glory and doing what it was built to do ... showcase Dallas Cowboys football.

One final warmup remains before kickoff though ... Paul McCartney will make his only Texas stop at the stadium on Wednesday night. After that ... it's all football for awhile.

Owner Jerry Jones said it will be "one of the real highlights" of his career to see the team make their debut Friday night at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington against the Tennessee Titans.

After Friday, the Cowboys next home game comes against the San Francisco 49ers for the final home preseason game of the year.  After that, OU and BYU face off on Sept. 5 with the Cowboys regular season opener following on Sept. 20.  See a full list of events here.
