Cowboys Looking at Many Options Without Sean Lee

Justin Durant took the first turn in Sean Lee's spot at middle linebacker to start the second week of offseason practice for the Dallas Cowboys.

Rookie fourth-round pick Anthony Hitchens wasn't far behind Durant, and second-year player DeVonte Holloman worked off to the side Monday, nursing a sore hamstring.

Any of those three could be at the center of the Dallas defense in the season opener against San Francisco in about three months. Or it could be someone on the street right now.

The Cowboys are keeping their options open after Lee tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in the first offseason practice last week.

Linebackers coach Matt Eberflus says there's no timetable for settling on a depth chart.
