Cowboys Lead Bucs At Half, 10-7

All 17 first half points came off of turnovers

After 30 minutes of football, the Dallas Cowboys are leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 10-7.

Aqib Talib intercepted Tony Romo on the Cowboys’ first possession to set the Buccaneers up at the Dallas 29. A few plays later, quarterback Josh Freeman hit Luke Stocker to give Tampa Bay a 7-0 lead.

The Dallas defense took the field again after a fruitless offensive possession and, shortly thereafter, Sean Lee recorded the Cowboys’ first interception in 2012. DeMarco Murray would capitalize on the field position a few plays later as he tied things up with an 11 yard touchdown run, 7-7.

Dan Bailey added a field goal in the second quarter to give Dallas a 10-7 lead, which stands at half. All 17 points in this game have come off of turnovers.
