Cowboys Ahead of the Dolphins at Half, 6-3

The Cowboys are currently 0-2 for the preseason

After a pretty uneventful half of dress rehearsal action, the Dallas Cowboys lead the Miami Dolphins, 6-3.

Tony Romo ended up playing the entire first half, going 10 for 18 passing for 87 yards. The bad news, he was sacked three times. DeMarco Murray ran the ball  for 18 yards on six carries, and Dez Bryant posted 32 yards on four carries.

The Cowboys’ defense has allowed 173 yards but gave up just a single field goal, a 26-yarder by John Potter to give the Dolphins the 3-0 lead in the first quarter.

Dallas’s Dan Bailey tied it up with a 52-yarder later in the first and, then, gave his team the lead with a 50-yarder with less than a minute left in the half.

We’ll have the postgame for you after this one is in the books.
