Cowboys Add LB Kyle Knox

Knox appeared in 12 games for the New Orleans Saints last season

The Dallas Cowboys now have 12 linebackers on the roster, with the addition of Kyle Knox to the 90-man roster on Tuesday.

A Fresno State product, Knox came into the league as an undrafted free agent with the Seattle Seahawks in 2012 but never made it off their practice squad. His first regular season action came in 2013 with the Jacksonville Jaguars with whom he appeared in four games.

Last season with the Saints, Knox appeared in 12 games and recorded three tackles, the first of his career.

The Cowboys waived safety Keelan Johnson to make room on the roster for Knox.
