Bryant Settles $600,000 Suit

Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has settled a dispute with a Colleyville businessman over a tab of about $600,000 for jewelry and sports tickets.

The Star-Telegram reports businessman Eleow Hunt sued Bryant and his adviser, David Wells, for payment for the items and a $25,000 loan for living expenses.

The case was dismissed on Tuesday by State District Judge Wade Birdwell, after both sides filed paperwork stating they had come to an agreement.

Per the Star-Telegram "The parties have determined that this controversy was the result of a mutual misunderstanding," according to the joint motion for dismissal filed Tuesday in the 342nd District Court.
