AT&T Stadium Rolls Out New “Texas-Inspired” Menu

A new season of Dallas Cowboys football means a new lineup at the concession stands inside AT&T Stadium.

Legends Hospitality, which oversees all concessions at Jerry World, showed off eight new food items Thursday that will be served during all home games.

The culinary team said it wanted to give fans more options that were uniquely Texan – and wanted to create dishes that you don’t see at other NFL stadiums.

New Menu Items:

Tacos Al Pastor: Traditional slow roasted pineapple pork adobo “al pastor” shaved to order and piled high onto fresh tortillas and served with authentic street taco condiments.

Mexican Short Rib Sandwich: Texas Angus bone-in short ribs are slow braised until fall-off-the-bone tender in ranchero sauce and served on a toasted baguette. Topped with traditional Mexican slaw and finished by you at the fixins’ bar.

The Third Down Meatball Sandwich: Three jumbo old world Italian meatballs simmered in tomato basil marinara served on warm sub with aged provolone and finished with special Cowboy seasoning.

Jumbo Smoked Ham Griddle: Smoked Petite Jean ham served on long rustic jalapeno cheddar brioche and griddled with melted Swiss cheese and kicked up with garlic, greens of kale, spinach, and arugula and creamy horseradish sauce.

Grid Iron Griddle: Texas pimiento cheese (cheddar, Swiss, fontina, and pimiento) on a long rustic loaf of cheddar brioche and grilled to melty perfection.

Texas-Style Reuben: A Texas Angus beef patty piled high with house-smoked pastrami, topped with sauerkraut, breaded fried jalapeno, and Texas sauce (Thousand Island) on authentic Texas Toast.

Frito Pie Hot Dog: A hot dog roasted and topped with classic Texas chili, the salty crunch of Fritos corn chips, and pico de gallo.

Gelato Cookie Sandwiches: A fabulous update on a classic frozen delight. Fans choose from the creamiest of house-made gelato that is sandwiched between two cookies.

Several of the new items (Tacos Al Pastor, Mexican Short Rib Sandwich, Texas-Style Reuben) will be served at concession stands in the upper concourse and main areas of AT&T Stadium.

Legends said it wanted to give fans outside of the club areas the opportunity to try some of their more unique creations.
