Potato chips in chocolate chip cookies, chorizo meatballs topped with chocolate -- there is some bold play calling happening inside the kitchen at AT&T Stadium.
Thursday, the culinary team at Jerry World showed off the unique new foods they'll be serving up during games this season.
"With the fan base that we have, it's really diverse, and we want to try to be able to create successful broad strokes of approaches to the foods," said Tony Sinese, Executive Chef for Legends, which provides all food and concession services at AT&T Stadium. "We strive to break the mold. We push and lead the market with being able to provide chef crafted products that are all made from scratch and are local and sustainable."
