Putting the Chip Back in Chocolate Chip: AT&T Stadium Rolls Out New Game Day Foods

Potato chips in chocolate chip cookies, chorizo meatballs topped with chocolate -- there is some bold play calling happening inside the kitchen at AT&T Stadium.

Thursday, the culinary team at Jerry World showed off the unique new foods they'll be serving up during games this season.

"With the fan base that we have, it's really diverse, and we want to try to be able to create successful broad strokes of approaches to the foods," said Tony Sinese, Executive Chef for Legends, which provides all food and concession services at AT&T Stadium. "We strive to break the mold. We push and lead the market with being able to provide chef crafted products that are all made from scratch and are local and sustainable."

Among the foods debuting on Game Days:

The Spinach and Feta Turkey Burger:  House made spinach and feta turkey burger with garlic aioli and spring-mix tossed with Italian vinaigrette and sliced tomatoes.

Authentic Mexican Pambazo:  Fresh bolillo bun, house made refried beans, potato chorizo mixture, Oaxaca cheese, shredded lettuce and sour cream. Dipped in a guajillo chili sauce.

Chorizo Meatball Sub:  House made chorizo meatballs stewed in house made mole sauce on a fresh bolillo bun, topped with grated cotija cheese and sprinkled cilantro.

Chicken Mozzarella Sandwich:   Parmesan Cuban bread with grilled Tuscan-marinated chicken, basil-pesto aioli, spinach, sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese.

Cheetos Popcorn: Cheddar Popcorn mixed and served with Flamin Hot and Jalapeno Cheddar flavored Cheetos.

Potato Chip Cookies: Three different flavors of cookies with various flavored potato chips baked into them -- a double chocolate with original potato chips, a sour cream cookie with sour cream and onion chips, and a snicker doodle cookie with Fritos.
