The Chili's location that will soon close in downtown Fort Worth already has another restaurant waiting in the wings.
PegasusNews said Jake's hamburgers is expected to move into the location.
The spot outside of Sundance Square would give the chain a fifth restaurant in North Texas, but their first in Tarrant County.
Jake's currently has restaurants in uptown Dallas, Addison, Plano and in Lake Highlands.
