Head out to Mockingbird Station Thursday to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Earth Day in style!
The shopping and dining destination will present the first-ever Green Carpet Dallas event starting at 4 p.m., co-hosted by Preservation Tree Services and Soils Alive. Attractions and activities will include:
Earth Day Farmers Market: Kick off Mockingbird Station’s weekly Farmers Market series by shopping green goodies from organic farmers, a selection of artisan foods and more from 4-7 p.m.
Live Butterfly Release: Texas Discovery Gardens will present this unique sight to be seen at 6 p.m.
PURE Dental Open House: Tour Dallas’ only eco-friendly dental practice while you enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres from 6-7 p.m.
Free Screening of A Chemical Reaction: Capping off the evening’s events, head to the Angelika Film Center at 7 p.m. for the free Dallas premiere of this thought-provoking documentary. Donations will also be accepted to benefit Texas Discovery Gardens.
