Park Cities People newspaper made a heck of a find -- a sales brochure from April 2007 detailing 10141 Daria Place, the Bush's new home in Preston Hollow.

According to the brochure, the asking price for the home was near $4 million in 2007, though some sleuthing discovered the loan approved in October 2008 (presumably for the former first family's move-in) was only around $3 million.

Dallas Central Appraisal District now says the house is worth around $2 million -- quite a drop from the time the brochure was printed.
