Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert may be looking to sell his Preston Hollow home.

Though they're not "actively marketing their home," Leppert and his wife Laura have listed their house with Keller Williams agent Nicky Sheets, according to DallasDirt's Candy Evans.

The idea is to test the market now that Leppert's kids have flown the $5 million coop and see if they could downsize to another property in the "Honey Pot" of Preston Hollow -- but is it really a test when you pull the Sheets into selling?
