DFW's Commercial Foreclosures List is Long, Expensive

Topping itself off with a nearly-$50 million mixed-use complex in McKinney, the Dallas area's list of commercial foreclosures builds.
On November 3, the commercial foreclosure auction in Collin County will shill McKinney's Times Square at Craig Ranch, for which Bank of America loaned $44.48 million in 2006, along with several others contributing to November's anticipated $482 million in foreclosures, according to the Foreclosure Listing Service.
More than 2,000 area properties have succumbed to foreclosure, with postings up 10% from this time last year. Unfortunately, numbers don't lie, and those are some dismal ones.
