Austin-based Chuy's opened its newest location in North Texas this week, and plans are already in the works to add more.

"We love Dallas, and we believe the market between here and Fort Worth could take five or six," President and CEO Steve Hislop told NBCDFW.

Hislop was in town for the opening of the new Chuy's in Arlington Highlands, the development off Interstate 20 in south Arlington

Chuy's moves into an area packed with 36 restaurants, but Hislop said research into demographics, household size, income and vehicle traffic shows its the place to be.

Chuy's opens the doors to its new location in Arlington Highlands off Interstate 20 in south Arlington.

Hislop said the North Texas market as a whole is right for Chuys.  It has locations in Dallas, Plano and now Arlington. Within two years, Hislop predicts it will expand to the west side of Plano, Southlake and downtown Fort Worth.
