Modern 'til Midnight features the keytar-toting Monastery, The Orbans, and Seryn, who'll warm the stage for psychadelic shoegaze-pop outfit Warpaint from Los Angeles, and artist Ben Jones presents his multi-media performance work "Dr. Doo"; I Shot Andy Warhol screens at 8PM. SWAK: The MusInk Tattoo Convention and Music Festival at Fair Park's Centennial Building packs a pretty solid Saturday lineup of dusty country-rock. If you're prone to wandering the needle stations, make sure you stop for Lucero at 8:30PM. The Memphis band knows how to both throw a party and harness tragic romance so listeners leave wanting more of guitarist/vocalist Ben Nichols' pain. Read the slate of set times here.
