Prince books three nights with Leno, a K104 DJ gets robbed, and Addison will get a "Queer Eye" visit. Here are your Hot Links:
- The artist formerly known as The Artist Formerly Known As Prince is booked for a three night performance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno roughly a week before he releases a three-disc set. GuideLive has the full typically cryptic Prince "announcement."
- K104's "Throw Down Sam" had an early morning run-in with a baseball bat wielding mugger that stole his iPod. Sam's unhurt, and apparently was able to give the cops enough info to nab the suspect, but best of all; K104 had a story to talk about all morning long.
- "Queer Eye" alum and current Food Network host Ted Allen will be at Taste Addison on May 8th with a two-fold agenda; promote the Robert Mondavi Discover Wine tour, and to have a "casual Q&A" with locals about food and wine. SideDish has a bit more press on the visit.
