ARTFEST Featured Artist: Rebecca Guy

The 500, Inc. has chosen Allen resident Rebecca Guy as the featured artist for ARTFEST 2009. Here’s what she has to say about it.
“As an artist living in the Dallas area, I am thrilled to be chosen as the featured artist of ARTFEST. It’s a wonderful opportunity for me and my work will be seen by so many people. I have participated in ARTFEST for many years, and I have enjoyed it every time. The 500, Inc. has done a great job with the ARTFEST event and everyone is so interesting and friendly. It’s wonderful to be back in Fair Park, the beautiful setting where ARTFEST started, to celebrate the 40th Anniversary. I think it will be a fantastic festival this year,” said artist Rebecca Guy.
