Among the millions of North Texas, there are a select few that continue to capture our attention for their amazing stories, incredible achievements, community involvement, and future plans.

Our NBCDFW writers nominated a large group of some of the most interesting people in our area, before debating and narrowing our choices down to a select 25.

There will be some on either of these lists we're pretty sure you won't agree with, which is why we're leaving the discussion open on every one of our selections -- please be courteous with your arguments, or we'll have to shut off this option.

Have a suggestion for an interesting person that didn't make our list? Submit it here: Your Pick for Most Interesting Person
